In September CUCo organised the first ever Spark training! Proudly we set forth on this journey with an enthusiastic group that has now grown into 2 new Spark projects. Although we feel it was a great success, we are acutely aware that any newly organised training is going to bring with it a lot of learnings. In this reflection paper the CUCo team that designed the Spark training reflects on the ways in which we designed the training, its assumptions and what we learned from giving the training.
