Are you based at Eindhoven University of Technology and would you like to add some research spark to the UNBOX team? UNBOX uses metaphors and activities/games to help teams unpack their collaborative processes. They are currently preparing their application for the ’26 Unusual Collaborations programme and are specifically looking for a new collaborator from TU/e (preferably holding an Assistant/Associate Professor or postdoc position).

UNBOX is led by Jonas Torrens (Utrecht University) and Jillian Student (Wageningen University & Research). They are looking for someone who has a strong team orientation and collaborative mindset and could contribute with experience and interest in at least one of the following ways:

• designing games/workshops/interventions
• researching collaborative or co-creative processes and how to enable them
• approaching how to support imagination and creativity, or how to challenge routinised ways of thinking and doing
• user testing and designing experiments
